FOOD AND DRINK
The restaurant world of Provinssi develops and expands year after year. There is numerous new restaurant concepts and a selection of old growd favourites in Provinssi this upcoming summer. Each vendor offers a vegetarian option, almost all a vegan option as well.
SUBWAY RETURNS TO PROVINSSI
Last year was the first year in Provinssi for Subway. This year they return to the side of Mainland Stage area. Along with tasty fast sandwiches, Subway offers great views towards the main stage from the box on the roof. Eat fresh!

THE RENOWNED SANDRO EXCECUTES PROVINSSI'S VIP FOOD
This year the rich flavours of North Africa and Middle East are taking over the restaurant experience of Provinssi VIP area. Known for it's legendary brunches, the Helsinki-based restaurant Sandro executes the rich and high-quality VIP menu in Provinssi. The menu changes from one day to the other, and table reservations for bigger groups can be made in advance.
PIZZA, BURGERS AND MUCH MORE
This summer you can buy pizza in Provinssi from a fast food counter and as table service. Like last year, Pizzeria Carnival takes over the Törnävänsaari Pavilion. In addition, this year's novelties include Pizzarium, a true Roman pizzeria that implements pizza al taglio concept.
The burger selection of the festival is high-quality as usual. On different "best burger in Helsinki" you have been able to find Treffipubi, that sets their grill in Provinssi for the first time this year. Due to the praise of the guests, Heimo Burger returns with their pulled burgers, and food truck Ulpu makes the highest-quality artisan burgers in the home town. The Provinssi Burger is also sold at every bar area!
NOVELTIES AND OLD FAVOURITES
In addition to Pizzarium and Treffipubi, there is a bunch of other newcomers with their deliciuos servings on the island. The newcomers represent a variety of different cousines.
In addition to the VIP buffet, Sandro also brings their cousine to the friends of faster eating - how does grabbing for example a cinamon pulled duck in pita bread sound?
Boneless offers bold and carefully selected taste combinations, that are built around chicken and cauliflower wings. Marrakech Kebab & Falafel is also a very welcome newcomer, and their kebabs and falafels are done with the high standars of modern street food.
Thai Papaya answeres of the East Asian cousine in Provinssi, and the traditional crowd favourite Ho Dai spring roll does not dissapear from this year's selection. The meze servings of Levant completes the selection from Middle East, Dead Burrito from Mexico, and Street Pitas froum South Europe. Beanit Food Truck offers vegan favourites from bowls to burgers. Best for the friends of fries offer the highly anticipated Premium Loaded Fries as well as Fisu ja Ranet that operates with fish in a Brittish fashion.

SWEETS AND THE CONSTANTLY DEVELOPING DRINKS
As well as food, the drink selection is more versatile and better quality. In the selection you can find several bars of different specialisation, without forgetting speciality beer and wine bars. The most interesting drink novelty is the Fever-Tree Ultimate G&T Bar of the VIP area, that combines awarded top quality gins with the best mixers on the market. The Kyrö Distillery drink selection expands to serve the area even more comprehensively.
The friends of ice cream, coffee and crepes are not forgotten this year either. On the area you can find Illy's special café, the ice cream bar of Kolmen Kaverin Jäätelö, and Crepe Stop with its delicious desserts.
