Every year, Provinssi offers its visitors a number of surprising and versatile sideshows. The sideshows have been part Provinssi’s identity right from the beginning of the festival. For example, in 1981, the Tuiskula Circus Orchestra and the Helsinki Student Theater group performed in Provinssi.

Provinssi’s area program consists of multi-talented artists from different fields of art, both amateurs and professionals. For instance, circus artists, samba processions, horn bands, magicians, musical performances and improvisational theater groups have visited us!

In addition to music, socializing and high-quality restaurant services, Provinssi is also so much more! You can find around the festival area and Camp Provinssi countless of entertaining, surprising and delightful performance numbers and other happenings in which you can also participate in.

The area program is organized both according to the pre-announced program and as a surprise just when you least expect it. So keep your eyes open when moving around the Provinssi area!
