You can also purchase Provinssi tickets using culture vouchers (Edenred and Epassi).

Please note that cultural benefits cannot be used to purchase children’s tickets, accommodation, or parking tickets. Cultural benefits are personal, so they can only be used to purchase one admission ticket for your own use.

In addition to the ticket price, a payment processing fee will be charged based on your selected payment method (Edenred: 5.45%, Epassi: 3.90%). The final amount will be displayed before payment.

At the moment, payment cannot be split between two different payment methods, so your cultural benefit account must have sufficient balance to cover the full purchase. If your Epassi balance is insufficient, you can add funds using the OmaRaha feature.

All tickets are delivered electronically. You will receive an order confirmation by email, where you can download your tickets as PDF files by clicking “DOWNLOAD E-TICKET.” Alternatively, click “Manage Order” in the confirmation email to view your order.

In your order, you can also access the same ticket as a mobile ticket. Later, in June 2027, you will also be able to save your ticket to your phone’s digital wallet.

By clicking the “Manage Order” button in the order confirmation email, you can view and manage your order.

Please do not share your order confirmation email with anyone else, as it allows access to your order and could enable unauthorized changes.
