Due to the cancellation of the Bad Omens, we are offering the option to exchange your ticket for another day or get a refund for 1-day Saturday tickets (1-day Sat, 1-day Sat child ticket, and 1-day Sat VIP ticket. This also applies to Free Bird tickets exchanged for Saturday). The exchange and return policy applies to 1-day Saturday tickets purchased between February 16, 2024, and May 23, 2024. It also applies to Free Bird tickets that have been exchanged for Saturdays within the period of February 16, 2024, to May 23, 2024. The ticket must be exchanged or returned by June 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM. If you wish to keep your ticket and attend Provinssi on Saturday, you do not need to take any action; the ticket will remain valid as is.

EXCHANGING YOUR TICKET FOR ANOTHER DAY
If you want to exchange your ticket for another day of equal value, such as exchanging a 1-day Saturday ticket for a 1-day Thursday ticket or a 1-day Saturday VIP ticket for a 1-day Friday VIP ticket, please complete the exchange by 7 June 2024 at 23:59 by following these steps:
- Go to www.lippu.fi/campaign/en/contact-form
- Fill in your customer information and select “Ostaminen ja maksaminen” as the reason for contact (Yhteydenoton syy) and “Muu ostaminen ja maksaminen” as the subject (Aihe).
- On the next page, fill in “Provinssi 2024” as the name of the event (Tapahtuman nimi). Remember to fill in the ticket barcode (Lipun viivakoodinumero). The ticket barcode is the long series of numbers in your ticket and you can also attach your ticket. If your ticket delivery method was LIPPU.Pass, please enter your order number.
- In the field “additional information” (Lisätietoja), fill in the information about the original ticket and a new ticket. For example, “I want to exchange my 1-day Saturday VIP ticket to a 1-day Friday VIP ticket”.
- You will not be charged anything for exchanging the ticket.
- Lippu.fi will send you a new ticket by email. The new ticket will be sent to you from [email protected]. Don’t forget to check your spam folder as well. The new ticket will be sent to you at the latest 1 week after making the update request.
TICKET REFUNDS

If you have purchased a ticket with a delivery method other than LIPPU.Pass, such as a PDF ticket, paper ticket, or R-kiosk ticket, submit a return request through the following link by June 7, 2024, at 11:59 PM: https://web.lippu.fi/palautus. Please note that Lippu.fi does not refund service fees or order and delivery charges.
DO YOU WANT TO UPGRADE YOUR TICKET TO A MULTI-DAY TICKET OR A VIP TICKET?
Contact Lippu.fi customer service: Customer service for ticket buyers is available on weekdays from 12:00 to 16:00 at the number 030 514 214 (0.084 €/min). Only the original purchaser of the ticket can request an upgrade.Please note that a ticket that has already been exchanged for a wristband cannot be upgraded. The ticket must be unused in the upgrade situation. If the new ticket type is sold out, upgrading is not possible.
