Artists’ Performance Dates Announced and Day Tickets Now on Sale

The lineup for Provinssi 2025, held in Törnävä, Seinäjoki, from June 26–28, has been extended with the addition of The Hives, the torchbearers of Nordic action rock, Ella Marie, the Sami artist with a timeless pop style, and Sailor Honeymoon, a Korean band smashing stereotypes with their aggressive punk. Finnish rap is represented by Ahti x Hugo and the supercollective Eevil Stöö x Dj Kridlokk x Ex Tuuttiz, who will perform together on stage.

Day Tickets Now on Sale

Along with the announcement of all the artists performing at the festival, the performance dates have been released, and day tickets are now available at provinssi.fi/tickets In addition to three-day passes, one- and two-day tickets, as well as children’s tickets, are now available for purchase. Apart from regular tickets, Provinssi will also feature the Provinssi VIP by Lapin Kulta area. Get your VIP pass and join the celebration!

The Hives Take Over Törnävä on Friday

Swedish band The Hives are undeniably one of the most successful names in their home country’s history. With nearly three decades of electrifying performances and timeless, raucous guitar rock that excites fans worldwide, they are known for classic hits like Hate to Say I Told You So, Main Offender, Walk Idiot Walk, and Tick Tick Boom. Having released six studio albums, the band returned from a long hiatus in 2023 with The Death of Randy Simmons, proving that rock is still alive and thriving.

Sailor Honeymoon challenges the musical stereotypes often associated with their home country, combining infectious and fiercely liberated punk energy. Citing Bikini Kill, Pixies, and The Ramones as influences, the band gained international attention with their self-titled EP released last year.

Ella Marie and Sami Pop The international lineup is rounded out by Ella Marie, a pop artist deeply rooted in Sami culture and tradition. She has just released her debut EP, Varra (Part 1), and is not only known for her music but also for her activism in supporting indigenous peoples and her work as an actress.

Provinssi’s Diverse Rap Scene The festival’s rap lineup includes AHTI x HUGO, one of the hottest duos in the genre, and Eevil Stöö x Dj Kridlokk x Ex Tuuttiz, an ensemble of some of Finland’s most distinctive and respected artists. Each of these wordsmiths has made a significant impact on the Finnish music scene.

Unfortunately, Flogging Molly has canceled their 2025 tour, meaning their performance at Provinssi is also canceled.

Accommodation Selling Fast

Provinssi’s popular campsite, Camp Provinssi, attracts festival-goers year after year, with some accommodation types already sold out. If you’re interested in staying in the cottage village, be sure to act fast! Glamp Provinssi by Lapin Kulta luxury tent accommodations have also been in high demand since their release.

Additional accommodation options will be announced soon, and those interested in Provinssi Hostel or school lodging should stay tuned.

Performance times will be released closer to the event, and further lineup announcements, including regional art and programming, are coming soon. The diverse food offerings at Ihmisten Juhla will also be announced in the spring, and a call for vendors is currently open!
