Would you like to upgrade the festival ticket you have already purchased, for example, to a VIP ticket or extend the already purchased 1-day ticket to a 2- day ticket?

  • You can also upgrade your accommodation ticket to a more valuable accommodation ticket, for example, from a Camp camping ticket to a Glamp Provinssi by Lapin Kulta 18+ ticket.

Ticket upgrades via Lippu.fi:

You can upgrade your ticket via Lippu.fi customer service: Customer service for ticket buyers is available on weekdays from 10:00 to 16:00 at the number 030 514 214 (0.084 €/min). Only the original purchaser of the ticket can request an upgrade. For upgrading you will be charged the price difference between the new ticket and the original ticket, as well as a Lippu.fi upgrade fee of 15 € / order.

Ticket upgrades during the festival week at Provinssi’s own sales points:

You can upgrade your festival or VIP ticket at the festival’s own ticket sales points at Seinäjoen Keskustori (Tue-Sat) or at the Main Gate ticket sales point (Thu-Sat).

 

Please note that a ticket that has already been exchanged for a wristband cannot be upgraded. The ticket must be unused at the time of the upgrade. If the new ticket type is sold out, upgrading is not possible.
