Scottish alternative rock band swim school is coming to Provinssi straight from Edinburgh, bringing a gig full of fresh energy, dreamy sensitivity and the rough guitar-driven pulse of modern indie. swim school was seen at Qstock in 2024 and now it’s high time the Provinssi people learned to swim too.

The band, inspired by Slowdive and Wolf Alice, has released three EPs, and their debut album Swim School was released in the fall of 2025. swim school recently toured Europe with Suede, and they are building a loyal fan base wherever they go. Vocalist Alice Johnson’s captivating voice is the perfect soundtrack for a summer evening – this gig will have you grabbing your friends under your arm and dancing long into the night, sometimes wistfully leaning on a friend and sometimes wildly dusting the gravel of Törnävänsaari!
