Known as a bold innovator of Finnish rap, ibe strengthens the lineup of Provinssi, taking place on 25–27 June 2026 at Törnävänsaari in Seinäjoki. The artist, who recently performed at a sold-out Veikkaus Arena, has positioned himself among the most significant creators of his generation with his exceptionally open and honest music, which ibe himself describes as a kind of open diary.
ibe made his breakthrough into the top tier of Finnish rap in 2017 with the single “Eurovisiot,” released together with Kube. His third album, Ibelius (2019), cemented the Helsinki-based artist’s status among the leading names in Finland’s music scene. Awarded, among others, Emma Awards for Rap Album of the Year and Rap Artist of the Year, ibe has over the years built an extensive and stylistically rich body of work that has been met with acclaim by both fans and critics alike. The latest example of the visionary artist’s talent is his eighth full-length album, X, released in October.
