BELOVED FINNISH ARTISTS ANNOUNCED FOR PROVINSSI IN HONOUR OF FINNISH MUSIC DAY

The music lineup of Provinssi, celebrated at Törnävänsaari in Seinäjoki on 25–27 June 2026, is enriched by a wide range of current top Finnish artists representing all corners of the music scene.

Among the biggest names in Finnish popular music, Lauri Haav will perform at Provinssi on Friday, 26 June. With a sound that redraws the boundaries between rap, pop and R’n’B, and with emotional, honest lyrics, the artist creates an exceptionally strong connection with his fans in a live setting. Massively popular Lauri Haav has just broken the Finnish music industry’s all-time ticket sales record: his biggest show to date, taking place at Nokia Arena next November, sold out in an unprecedented 2.5 minutes on Friday. It is believed to be the fastest-selling arena concert in Finnish history.

On the festival’s opening day, Thursday 25 June, the stage will be taken by the irresistibly charismatic Käärijä. Catapulted to phenomenal global fame through his historic Eurovision success, the artist has secured his place among the brightest stars of the music world with record-breaking streaming hits and sold-out shows across Europe.

Four-time Emma Award winner Ellinoora, who performed at a sold-out Nokia Arena in November, will be seen at Provinssi on Saturday, 27 June together with the Lahti Symphony Orchestra in her special concert ELLINOORA: POP SINFONIA. The performance will feature unique symphonic versions of the artist’s biggest hits from her more than 10-year career. “This collaboration and project is a dream come true. I want to offer the audience a concept they will never forget. Pop Sinfonia is going to be incredible. Welcome to experience it!” comments Ellinoora, one of the most influential creators in contemporary Finnish music.

The heavier side of the newly announced lineup includes punk rock band HUORA, performing their only festival show of the summer at Provinssi with the Kaikki Uuniin 10v anniversary gig, the highly popular metal group Turmion Kätilöt, and industrial metal act LUNA KILLS, known for blending electronic influences into their sound.

Antti Autio, who masterfully blends intense emotional depth with delicate nuances in his music, the phenomenally popular emma & matilda, and the joyfully energetic live performer Arppa have all firmly established themselves as some of the most significant names in Finnish music.

Among the first artists announced for the intimate Amphitheatre stage is Maarit Hurmerinta, returning to Törnävänsaari after a long wait. The beloved legend of Finnish music, known for her soulful sound, performed at the very first Provinssirock in 1979. The Amphitheatre will also feature Maustetytöt, who explore the Finnish emotional landscape in their music in a uniquely distinctive way, as well as one of the most talked-about newcomers of the year, indie-folk artist helmi marleena.

3-day and 1-day tickets for Provinssi are available at a special limited price until Wednesday, 31 December at 23:59 at provinssi.fi/tickets.
