Dutch symphonic metal band Delain has been added to Provinssi Saturday night.
Unfortunately Spiritbox has canceled their performance at Provinssi.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF TICKETS
1 DAY FRI TICKETS:
Due to program changes, you can either return your ticket (applies only to Friday 1 DAY FRI, 1 DAY FRI VIP, 1 DAY FRI children – ticket types) or change your ticket from Thursday/Friday to Thursday/Friday.
If you want to return your ticket (1 DAY FRI, 1 DAY FRI VIP, 1 DAY FRI children), the ticket return must be made by Friday 16 June 2023 at 23:59 at https://web.lippu.fi/palautus/. Late ticket refunds will not be processed. The service fee and possible order and delivery fees are not refunded.
If you want to change your ticket from Thursday/Friday to Thursday/Friday, the change must be made by Friday 16 June 2023 at 23:59. You can make the switch at https://www.lippu.fi/campaign/en/contact-form. Select “Ticket purchase” as the reason for contact and “Other reason” as the subject. €15/order is charged for changing the ticket from one day to another.
You can also upgrade your ticket to a multi-day ticket, at https://www.lippu.fi/campaign/en/contact-form . Select “Ticket purchase” as the reason for contact and “Other reason” as the subject. In addition to the difference in the ticket price, an upgrade fee of €15 per order is charged for upgrading the ticket.
2 DAY FRI-SAT TICKETS:
If you want to exchange your 2 DAY FRI-SAT tickets for 2 DAY THU-FRI tickets, the change must be made by Friday 16 June 2023 at 23:59.
